Change is a part of life and brings questions, challenges and the opportunity to create deeper meaning. This is particularly true when cancer is the change that demands our attention. This class is led by Deborah Ross, LPC and CJT (Certified Journal Therapist) and co-author of, "Your Brain on Ink" and has completed training in Transitions Writing. She incorporates research on journal writing, and the neuroscience of well-being in her teaching so that participants learn the art and science of writing. A workbook is required for this class.
