Laughter Yoga (FC)

Laughter Yoga (FC)

Laughter Yoga uses a combination of rhythmic clapping, simulated laughter and yoga-like breathing exercises that have a number of benefits including improved oxygen levels in the body, improved lung capacity, reduced stress and an enhanced feeling of well being. In Laughter Yoga you don’t have to have a sense of humor; you don’t have to be witty. Simply follow the instructor and do the exercises. Even if you don’t feel like laughing; even if you don’t have a sense of humor; it doesn’t matter - you can actually do a fake laugh as your body doesn’t know the difference and pretty soon, you will begin to spontaneously laugh on your own. No need to get on the floor; laughter yoga can be done seated in a chair.
