Tai Chi Level II - IN PERSON:
IN PERSON ATTENDANCE: This ancient practice embodies Chinas most profound concepts and principles of health and movement. Based on softness and awareness rather than force and resistance it has been recognized for thousands of years as both a method of self-cultivation and form of self-defense. Practiced at a slow and even speed, Tai Chi promotes relaxation, straight posture, and balance. This class is designed for people that have learned some of the basic movements and are ready for some advancement in their practice. Registration is required.
