Chillaxation - ONLINE:
ONLINE ATTENDANCE: With the use of props for support, you'll hold poses for longer periods of time allowing for deeper relaxation and release. Gentle stretches, breath work and guided meditation deepen your practice. If you don't have these props at home, pillows, blankets and towels can be substituted. Registration is required, you are registering ONLINE ATTENDANCE.
