This class is the more advanced version of Buff Bones. Sixty minutes in length, this class will address the mind and body with breathwork and flow from lower body to upper body to the floor followed by a cool down. Weight-bearing exercises will be performed. Please have a set of weights or resistance bands that are appropriate for your fitness level (light to medium). Participants must be able to work from the floor. Modifications for various conditions and fitness levels will be provided.
