Mind Over Matter - 8/1/22 to 8/29/22:
This 5-session program uses evidence-based strategies to help decrease feelings of anxiety and depression; and, increase a sense of well-being. Each week new tools using cognitive and behavioral approaches and mind/body strategies will be introduced and practiced, therefore weekly attendance is expected. Facilitators: Tyler Pudleiner, MS and Lauren Broschak, MSW, LCSW, OSW-C. Registration is required, Zoom links are sent closer to the day of session and not at the time of registration.
