Mind over Matter - In Person - 6/1/22 - 7/6/22:
**This class has been changed to virtual meetings*** We will NOT meet on June 15th.** This 5-session program uses evidence-based strategies to help decrease feelings of anxiety and depression; and, increase a sense of well-being. Each week new tools using cognitive and behavioral approaches and mind/body strategies will be introduced and practiced, therefore weekly attendance is expected. Facilitators: Durene LeFlouria, LCSW, Kim Lowery Walker, LCSW, and Anne Schirmer, LCSW. Registration required, zoom links are sent close to the day of the program and not at the time of registration.
