"Writing With The Brain In Mind,"  - This is a new course based on the  findings in the neuroscience world that suggest that wellbeing is a skill that can be learned.   Its four components, Awareness, Connection, Insight and Purpose have brain circuits that can be modified.   Learn how to use your journal to support your wellbeing with writing prompts and techniques that can encourage positive changes.   No prior writing experience required and your writing can stay safely private.   A safe sharing process is taught.  Registration required.
