Tai Chi Level 2 -Zoom:
A 4-week class covering Yang Style forms 7-9. The slower and more coordinated the movements of Yang Style, allow for the increased benefits of flexibility, balance, strength, and endurance to be attained. Rhythmic movements are coordinated with the breath to help deepen breathing and strengthen the lungs. You must have completed Yang Style Forms 1-6 to participate. Registration is required.
